“The Other” is a convenient name for the seemingly non-human intelligence that may be behind a myriad of paranormal phenomena. As usually happens, our conversation wanders far afield, with discussions of what “The Other” may be or represent, whether places or people are haunted, what it means when people find bones every time they go in the woods, Crows, Mothman, and The Redneck Tree.
