Episode 141: HidDenmark With Simon and Thomas

Art by Simon Hesselager Johansen. Watercolor and colored pencil. An illustration of a 16th century high strangeness event in Denmark.

Thomas Brisson Jorgensen and Simon Hesselager Johansen work together on a project they call HidDenmark, which is an exploration of high strangeness, forgotten stories and folkore-related places in Denmark. The name is a clever play on words for “Hidden Denmark,” and was Simon’s idea,

These two friends have brought to light some very old high strangeness cases that would have been lost to history had they not found them, researched them and shared them.

They both became intrigued with these oddities after having separate UFO sightings of their own back in 2006.

They relate the stories of their experiences as well as the cases they have found, researched and documented in this episode and each one is a gem.

I hope you enjoy this episode—I had so much fun talking with these gentlemen!

The book I mentioned by Eric Wargo is Time Loops.
