Episode 44: Dreams, Visions and Synchronicities with Matthew Wiley

Hello, everyone!

This week’s episode features Matthew Wiley visiting with all three hosts, telling us about his strange experiences with waking visions of a shadow man, direct communication with a departed loved one, number-based synchronicities and what he calls “big dreams—those dreams that are full symbolism and meaning. UFO’s and Bigfoot come into play here—plenty of high strangeness is to be had in this episode.

As a poet, Matthew’s dreams are filled to the brim with vivid archetypes and symbolic images, so much so that Barbara had a particularly rich store of images to mine for her illustration for this week’s episode.

In addition, the hosts and Matthew discussed books he’s read and ideas he’s latched onto in his explorations of the paranormal.

In a dream
Images arise
from the unseen
The dreamer
Must dive
Into the stream
Of symbols
Of possibilities
Of infinities

Where is my voice
Among the voices
Where is my choice
Among the choices
Where is my world
Among the worlds
When I both furl
And unfurl

In a tale
Themes emerge
From the unheard
The teller
Must disappear
Into the word
Of allusions
Of hopes
Of mysteries

Where is my vision
Among the visions
Where is my decision
Among the decisions
Where is my soul
Among the souls
When I both fold
And unfold
