Episode 61: The Owl, the Witch and the Wedding Dress

Well, here we are on week 2 of 2022—lots of twos, huh?

This week has been the week of owls. I’ve heard stories or found news items or seen facebook posts or instagram videos about owls all week, so of course, it made perfect sense that I had already planned on featuring an experiencer story about an owl this week.

Zoe Burnett is a lifelong experiencer of strange and unusual phenomena, and contacted me to tell me of her adventures and synchronicities with her new boyfriend in an area of Wisconsin called “The Driftless.” The first I’d ever heard of this region was from Zoe, but interestingly, after Morganna and I interviewed Zelia Edgar, I picked up her newly published book, Just Another Tinfoil Hat Presents, and in the forward, Zelia talks about her connection to that exact same region of Wisconsin. That was a connection between two episodes and guests I hadn’t expected or planned on.

More about that book, later, but in the meantime, Zoe is a joy to listen to and talk with, and I really hope you enjoy visiting with her as much as I did.

In addition to her experiences, she tells us about the synchronicities around her new business venture, a reincarnation of Old Saltbox Publishing. She and her partner, Lauren Devora ,intend to reprint the works of Salem, MA born paranormal researcher Robert Ellis Cahill as well as other works relating to the paranormal and New England history.

I hope you enjoy this episode as much as Zoe and I enjoyed bringing it to you! Be blessed and be safe, y’all!
