Episode 24: Athens Experiences with Ali

We’d like you all to meet Ali (pronounced alley); an experiencer from a long line of experiencers whose roots go back to the early 19th century right here in the haunted land of Athens.

Ali is educated as an anthropologist and is learning the ways of the spirit world from a shamanic practitioner, so in addition to a lot of great stories, she has many insights into the Otherworld.

Barbara, Morganna and Ali talk about ghosts, hoodoo curses, shamanic practice, and the spirits of place, much of it centered right here in Athens County.

Finally, as an aside—it turns out that Ali moved from California to Athens and lived in a house that one of Barbara’s friends had just vacated, moving from Athens to California.
